WHAT TO EXPECT

The Pre-Visit

Before your first visit, a "Warm Welcome" message will be texted to you where you can choose your complimentary enhancements and have your favorite refreshments, like a Diet Coke and a bag of Hot Cheetos, waiting for you when you walk through the door.

We want you to feel taken care of while you are here, and offer you many things to make your visit more enjoyable, such as a cup of coffee, phone chargers, eyeglass covers & cleaners, a table tray if you need to get some work done, or even a relaxing chilled eye mask if you're looking forward to some quiet time.

We also recommend spending a few minutes on Pinterest or Instagram before your appointment, and saving some Inspiration Photos to a new album called, "My Next Hair Day" (or something like that!) so it's easy to find.

This gives us a great starting point to begin your consultation.

Haircuts

When you want to "take a little off the top" or you're ready for a major makeover, a Haircut can keep you looking your best all year long!
Currently, Sarah is not accepting haircut only clients.

The Consultation

You’re busy & there never seems to be enough hours in the day- that’s why we offer a thorough consultation process that can be done at your convenience.

Within 24 hours of requesting your appointment, you’ll receive an email or text, with a link to begin your consultation. You’ll be able to upload photos & add details about your hair in your own words.

Like to kick it old school? No problem! You can request an in-person consultation at the salon.

*in-person consultations are $25. Digital Consultations are always complimentary

At House of Style, we know that pictures are worth a thousand words! Once we receive your Digital Consultation Form, we’ll make suggestions & can create a Pinterest board for your review. When you feel completely confident that we’re on the same page, your appointment request will be accepted.
